Designed by leading Noosa Springs architect, Peter Hull, and built by master builder Chris Smith, Landscape Artist Arno King achieved the vision. The Design Vision team prepared a colour palette board, taking inspiration from the natural elements on the site. The result is a mixture of cool greys and warm taupes featured prominently throughout the dwelling.

The kitchen features Caesarstone latte benchtops with a taupe-coloured glass splashback.

The media/entertainment room features a fireplace and is affectionately referred to as the winter room. The living room has glass doors which disappear into the cavity and opens up to the view, it is referred to as the summer room. Electric shutters and blinds together with an opening roof enables more control of temperature and light.
